Who we are
Atlas AI Guides is the data controller for the personal data described in this policy, operating from Denmark. Contact details are on the Contact page.
What we collect
Email address, order and payment confirmation data, and any message you send us via the contact form. Card and payment details are handled entirely by our payment provider (Shopify) and never stored on this site.
Why we use it (legal basis)
To fulfil a contract with you (delivering your purchased guides and providing support), to comply with legal obligations (accounting and tax records), and, only with your explicit consent, to send occasional newsletters.
Where your data is processed
We use service providers such as Shopify for checkout and payment processing, which may process data outside the EU/EEA under appropriate safeguards (such as Standard Contractual Clauses).
How long we keep it
Order data is kept as long as required by Danish accounting law (currently 5 years). Newsletter data is kept until you unsubscribe.
Your rights
Under GDPR you have the right to access, correct, delete, or export your personal data, and to object to or restrict certain processing. Contact us to exercise these rights. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Danish Data Protection Agency (Datatilsynet) if you believe your data has been mishandled.
Cookies and analytics
We may use privacy-conscious analytics to understand which guides are useful. This data is aggregated and not used to identify individuals.
All products are digital downloads. No physical products will be shipped.
