Your right of withdrawal
Under EU consumer law, you normally have 14 days to withdraw from an online purchase without giving a reason. However, this right does not apply once you begin downloading digital content that you have expressly agreed to receive immediately, and where you have acknowledged that you thereby lose your right of withdrawal. By completing checkout and confirming this acknowledgment, you agree that your right of withdrawal ends once your download begins.
When we do refund
- The file is faulty, corrupted, or will not download.
- You were charged twice for the same order.
- You purchased the wrong guide and have not yet downloaded it.
How to request a refund
Contact us within 14 days of purchase with your order reference. We aim to reply within two working days and process approved refunds to your original payment method.
Non-EU customers
If your local consumer law provides different or additional rights, those rights apply in addition to this policy.
